Returns & Refunds

Product Change Process:

After accepting the product, you will be able to accept the modified products in case of any problems of the product (eg: broken, torn, not working, the product does not match the product, etc.). In the case of maximum 48 hours after receiving the product, you will need to email to [email protected] or press our hotline number +880 1634936506 and let us know. You have to send that product to Gootoshop.com office.
In order to withdraw the full refund of the product, the product must remain completely intact / trim free and you have to send the product to GootoShop.com office.

Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.

Note:  that you have to bear all the transportation costs for returning.

How to Return a Product:

  • Call +880 1634936506 to create your return request 
  • Fill in the returns form you received with your order 
  • Pack your GooToShop.com parcel securely, with the product in the original undamaged manufacturer's packaging as delivered to you 
  • Head to your nearest drop-off point or wait for collection by our pick-up service.


Refunds:
The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.

  1. The entire amount paid by you for the product through any of the payment modes except for loyalty cash will be first credited to your Gootoshop Cash Refund Account. Please note that the shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
  2. Once the refund amount is in your Gootoshop Cash Refund Account, you can use the credit to order a replacement or buy a new product, or even have it credited back to you.
  3. If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during the refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter are correct. Gootoshop will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
  4. Loyalty Cash used during payment will be credited back to your loyalty cash account.
  5. The loyalty cash amount earned on the product will be deducted from your loyalty cash account.
  6. Shipping charges and COD charges will not be refunded back if the pick-up has been arranged by us. In the case of self-return, we will reimburse the return shipping charges up to 10% of the product price or Rs.100, whichever is lower. For doing so, please upload the scanned copy of the receipt on the Manage Returns section.
  7. If the payment was done using Guaranteed Savings Offer or Gift Certificate then the amount will be refunded to the Gootoshop Cash Refund Account. If you need it to be credited back to your bank account then please follow the steps mentioned above in point(3).
  8. If an order has been purchased using EMI then we will refund back the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during the refund process. . For any queries regarding foreclosure/ pre-closure of your EMI transaction or on amounts charged on your credit card, please contact your bank.
  9. In cases where the pick up is refused or the product is not returned and the money has been refunded to you already, Gootoshop holds the right to deduct the concerned amount from Gootoshop Cash Refund and loyalty cash account depending on the mode of the payment of the product.
  10. For payments made through any of the wallet gateways like Paytm, MobiKwik, etc., the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
